It is horrible Otto Zehm died. There are plenty of cases that should outrage people such as a child being removed from a home a year and nine months ago and the Court figured out CPS was right the whole time. There was no abuse. How does that happen?

Re: “Lane Ends Ahead

Sheriff Knezovich advised against this a year ago. And if I remember correctly, it was because it would make it difficult to evacuate Spokane or manage a crisis situation if it occurred.

Re: “Almost half of historic homes on block slated for demolition preserved

Those houses were s%^&holes. The cost of moving and rehabbing them does not justify saving them.

Re: “Beloved Northwest-based actress Patty Duke has died

It is amazing how people demonize people with a treatable disorder like bipolar disorder. Patty Duke was one person who tried to put a positive spin on the facts of the disorder so many wrongfully discriminate against especially in the legal arena protraying that if you know one crazy out of control person with a treatable bipolar disorder you know them all. One more type of bigotry that rips apart families and lives.

Re: “Spokane police captain disagrees with 'insubordination'

"just my opinion" only for legal liability ---How come people in "High Positions" say he is a real issue unto himself?

Re: “Are SPD command staff free to publicly disagree with police department decisions?

Fluffy 8u115h1+ for the City is going to do what they want especially if it is ineffective and no one and I mean no one can stop them. They knew this wasn't beneficial. The City is no longer promoting the Cop Shops. They are also politically charged and a liability and a nuisance. The City told the citizens they were going to put precincts into the community and put the Hillyard precinct on top of the COP Shop. Here is the link. http://www.spokesman.com/stories/2015/mar/…

Cops went to the COP Shops. Why do you think they would need 2 buildings? And the fluff of this article about furniture and the "prissy" way of presenting it is just one more bit of proof the City will do what they want and the media will put a gutless spin on it.
