UnitedHealthcare’s Small Steps Program (Emerson-Garfield Farmers Market)

When: Fri., Aug. 11, 3-5 p.m., Fri., Aug. 18, 3-5 p.m., Fri., Sept. 1, 3-5 p.m. and Fri., Sept. 8, 3-5 p.m. 2017

This summer, individuals who meet with a participating provider in their community will receive a voucher for a local farmers market where they can pick up a bag of fresh produce from UnitedHealthcare with recipes and food preparation information.
