Even with the challenges of everyday life to worry about, it’s important we don’t forget the crisis facing our planet. The Earth needs help and the Kootenai Environmental Alliance (KEA) is hosting the third annual Wild & Scenic Film Festival in partnership with North Idaho College to bring a human face to the environmental movement. The festival features nine short films from filmmakers across the country who’ve dedicated their craft to highlighting the inspirational work of communities protecting all the wild places we love, with a special emphasis on the importance of water. All proceeds go towards KEA, Idaho’s oldest nonprofit, conservation organization.
