Eighteen Plus & r & You 18- to 21-year-olds with your over-priced Ramones shirts were bummin' tough when you heard you'd be missing Marky at the Blvd. this weekend, huh? Bum no more, the club's officially been granted an all- ages license. They could go younger than 18 if they wanted (it's an all ages license after all), but the Blvd's Terry Swan said going completely all-ages "would make the [club's] insurance rates triple," which doesn't work from a bidniss standpoint.
