NEWS: Spokane Valley residents can now report road problems to the city via a phone app, SVexpress. See a pothole? Damaged road sign? Vandalism? Report it with the app.

NEWS: Lend your voice to the local agencies that handle domestic violence and sexual assault. The meeting offers the chance to talk about how to "prioritize the needs and safety of the victim while holding the offenders accountable for their crimes," according to a release from the Spokane Sheriff's Office.

NATION: Bill Cosby was sentenced to three to 10 years in prison Tuesday for drugging and sexually assaulting a woman at his home 14 years ago.

Murkowski matters
President Trump is not happy about the most recent woman to accuse his Supreme Court pick of sexual misconduct. The New York Times reports that Alaska Republican Sen. Lisa Murkowski appeared to be wavering. With a 51-to-49 majority, Senate Republicans can afford to lose only one vote, assuming they get no Democrats.
