CONCERT ANNOUNCEMENT: Alter Bridge heading to Spokane in February

Alter Bridge, the hard-rock crew fronted by Spokane's own Myles Kennedy, is swinging through Spokane on their latest tour in support of their new hit album Walk The Sky.

Alter Bridge will hit the Knitting Factory on Thursday, Feb. 27. Tickets are $34.50 in advance, and available for the all-ages show this Friday, Nov. 15, at 10 am via the Knit's website, TicketWeb.com or by calling 866-468-7623. Clint Lowery of Sevendust and Deepfall will open the show.

Walk The Sky zipped to the top of Billboard's Current Albums chart upon its release and is finding a big audience in countries around the globe, reaching No. 3 in Austria, No. 7 in Australia and No. 16 on Billboard's Top 200 chart in the U.S.

This seems like a good time to go read our profile of Myles Kennedy from last winter, when he played Spokane in support of his solo debut. In the interim year, he toured with Slash as well as finishing the new Alter Bridge album.
