Go easy on the crazy old lady screaming about the dogs in the park on
leash. What may have happened to her has happened to me: dog on leash with
brain-dead owner lets dog out too far in split second, 20 feet away, to run
under my tires causing me to crash on solid pavement. This sucks! Even
leashed dogs can be hazardous: Biting kids, biting other dogs, crapping on
human landscapes, run over by car, etc. Attention dog owners: No one else
loves your pathetic dogs like you do. No one! 75% of dog owners are
clueless and are inconsiderate of other peoples space. Keep your dogs,
leashed or not, away from everyone unless you are invited in. Any crashes,
breaks or blood as a result of your dog and you are liable.
