Jeers to the geniuses in charge of Spokane County roads for tearing up
Wall/Waikiki/Mill road again. How about implementing all of
these "improvements" before the road was recently paved? The "improvement"
at Five Mile Rd. has caused more accidents and near misses than I can ever
recall before you "improved" it. I can't wait to hear what you're going to
tear up next year. Oh wait, how about the ill-conceived roundabout? Yeah,
that will do it.
