If your dog was so well taken care of then I shouldn't be looking at the
tag or dead body on the road. Oh good for you, you have info on your dog
but you don't have a proper fence to keep them home. And most times when an
animal is found and the number on the tag is called no one answers. Don't
get mad because I found your dog on the street and I feel like I can take
care of it better. (not that I have done that, BUT!) If you feel like you
take care of your animal don't let it out for traffic to decide its fate. I
have a dog, has he ever left my back yard.. um no.
