I am very disappointed in Spokane's STA right now. I heard about the free
water bottles and bags on the bus this afternoon, so I asked customer
service about the event. They replied "oh it's something we do once or
twice a year for our morning commuters." I said "so those of us that ride
in the afternoon/evening are pretty much screwed." She replied, "yeah."
This tells me (a loyal rider) that the STA does not value all its
customers, just the morning commuters. I am astonished that the STA would
be so bias toward their riders. I choose to ride the bus five to seven days
a week, even though I own an insured and working car!
