Holiday Shoppers

Happy Holidays! Working retail, we are required to say the most polite
things we can and pretend we are ever cheery about it. When you come in
with your snide comments of our greetings, how much you'd like to be at our
competitors, or why aren't we sending your complaints up the whole company
chain seem to make the holiday that much warmer. Keep in mind when you're
throwing a fit in line, tossing pens on the counter, and yelling about
questions that have been answered for you four times already - those two
people have gone out of their way to risk a write up and yelling from their
supervisor just to be kind to you. You have repaid their sacrifice and
compassion with hateful words. Hope your kids don't have to deal with
customers like you.
