to the fabulous manager at Outback Steakhouse on Valentine's night. I
believe his name was John. Your restaurant was SO busy, your staff were
working their tails off, and you were right in there - lending a hand,
making sure customers were happy, and taking good care of your restaurant.
I admired the way you worked hard right alongside your servers and
hostesses. Great job! If only everyone could go to the "customer service
school" you went to. If I were your Undercover Boss, you'd be getting a
promotion, but I'm at least hoping your boss sees this and recognizes what
a valuable employee he has in you!
