Silverwood Theme Park is hiring, and when we say hiring, we mean hiring. The North Idaho attraction is looking for up to 1,200 seasonal workers, according to a press release. Available positions range from entry-level jobs to managerial roles. Additionally, the park is hiring a limited number of young people looking for their first job.
Applications are online at here. Silverwood is also hosting two job fairs at the Kootenai County Fairgrounds, this Saturday and March 30 from 10 am to 2 pm. Applicants must fill out the online application and then come to the fairs to be interviewed.
Silverwood, which opened in 1988, features 65 rides, slides, shows and other attractions.
The Inlander wrote about one of the newest rides at Silverwood back in January, when it hadn't yet been named. Now, after more than 5,000 entries, they've settled on a winning name: SpinCycle.
