Dear City of Spokane Street Department. I noticed your traffic lights have
been malfunctioning, a lot. I just bought a brand new car, and I like to
avoid a collision, just like any other person. When the light is green for
me to turn, that means it's my turn. Not for me and then oncoming traffic
to go at the same time. This is not the first time this has happened. We
already have enough reckless drivers. but, when it comes to mind, maybe
they aren't so reckless when situations like this are more frequent then
you would expect.
