It's no longer safe to walk at night through Brownes Addition. People have completely given up picking up after their dogs. Be responsible, stop being lazy & pick up the poop; it only takes a minute. You can use grocery bags or the free poop bags they provide at the park. If I catch any of you leaving poop on the ground I'm picking it up and chasing you home with it!
