Shame on you for criticizing cautious drivers! You should count your blessings that such individuals are out there; I'd much rather have to deal with slow drivers as opposed to maniacs. If you are consistently late for class, perhaps take some responsibility for your own choices and leave a bit earlier, or you could make some changes to your schedule. It'll be less stressful for you, and the people you are tailgating."
