A big jeers to all the texting fanatics. You-Lady in a Maroon Jeep Grand Cherokee heading north on Maple just past the bridge, driving 25 mph in the left lane during morning rush. Me-middle lane passing you up when you suddenly started drifting over then jerked backed suddenly. As I passed I saw your head down with phone in hand punching away. Even as I passed you up I could see your head down in my rear view mirror still not paying attention & cars stacking up behind you. You could have easily hit me if I wasn't paying attention myself. I hope they start handing out big dollar tickets for this kind of behavior. Maybe then people will start learning. I won't hold my breath. Props to the MERGE post last week too. One of the better ones I've read.
