A very huge Jeers to the dad with his 2 little girls that parked in the handicapped parking at the North Spokane Library on 6/14. Neither you or your 2 girls had any kind of impairment that warranted you to "use" your relative's handicapped plackard to park there. Just so you know it is a crime to misuse a privilege like that and you will get a ticket & the person who the plackard belongs to in the first place will have it revoked! I have sent an email to the DMV asking how to report lowlifes like yourself to them so that your privilege & that of your relatives will be revoked. I'm just sorry you had to misuse your family in order to get in & get out. Heres a tip: Walking is good exercise!
