Who owns my apartment building. How poor are you that you can't even fix the front door to the building. It's been broken for 9 months. We got people using the place to buy dope in & it's supposed to be a secure building. If someone from the outside decides to either break in to a unit or break a window you charge the tenant even though they had no part in it. Hey Pennypincher, stop spending our rent on hunting trips & start using the money to fix the place & not bribe these city inspectors.
