To my inbred a-hole neighbors: dogs aren't cats. You can't just let your giant hell-beast of a dog wander around not on a leash! And when you see your monster dog run out of your yard, across the street & start attacking my wife & me as we try to walk our dog (on a leash, like the law says), maybe do something more than just stand in your yard staring like idiots. Your dog is just being a dog; you're the ones who need to be maced.
