You know who you are, beige van outside Starbucks on Wed. 17th Nov at 11.15am on Grand Blvd. Writing all over the van, happy birthday etc. At least six teens got out. I waited for a parking spot, you decided it would be fun to park in the handicapped parking. You looked around to see if anyone was watching, went into Starbucks & left later. You have no respect for disabled people do you? I'm not disabled but I don't park in these slots, they are designated for people who have medical issues. There was nothing on your van, not even sure it was yours, maybe a parent. Shame on you for not caring & thinking you could get away with this. I hope you get a ticket. I reported you. What else are you doing that's illegal?
