To the lady that parked her car in a parking spot Dec 20 at the Safeway. You were parked in a spot reserved for someone who needed that spot. You however, did not. A youngish lady mentioned that you had in fact parked in a handicap parking spot and you replied that yes you had noticed it when you parked there. Then why did you park there. Your car had no handicap plate, or a placard from the window. I guess that because you are a Gonzaga alumni, you feel you are special and deserve a "special" spot. Well done you arrogant fool.
