To all the responsible dog owners in North Spokane. Endless amounts of cheers for you for using what I assumed was common sense; you know, pick up after your dog, put it on a leash while you are walking them, only have them if you have a fenced in yard or said leash, & using a muzzle when necessary! Thank you. However there are some dog owners in the North Spokane area that seem to have forgotten these simple & easy rules! I have been bitten & chased by no less than 4 of your loose animals this past year. I'm not blaming the animal as they are just doing their job, but I will not hesitate in macing the next vicious dog that comes near me. This is not the 50's anymore where this was acceptable, get a fence/leash or get rid of your animal!
