I think that I'm a very polite, friendly person. I don't require people to go over the top when I shop in their stores but there is such thing as too little. The whole concept of your store is great & you would think that when you walk in it would be cheery & inviting but I always feel like I'm putting you guys out when I need to pay for my merchandise. There's a particular lady that works there, maybe the owner, who has a constant sneer on her face. I realize that retail can be really draining but the simple things really go a long way. Hi when people walk in, thank you after a purchase, that's all I'm asking for. I know that I'm not the only person who feels this way, I have seen people walk out because they couldn't believe how rude the employees were. It's really a shame that you guys hate your job because its such a cool idea & it's so helpful in this economy. I guess I'll head out north from now on.
