I have had my car broken into 3 times (it's much too crappy to just steal), I've come across narcissistic a-holes who seem to think they own the town & most recently had my shed broken in to, for a shop vac, no less (REALLY? Way to go, brilliant, I paid 20 bucks for it). However, I have lived here my whole life & have never gone a day without a short conversation with a random person. At the grocery store, walking my dog, paying bills in person, or being readily greeted at a strangers door when my clutch broke on the south hill. So many of you are ridiculously friendly, & I will never leave my town. Thank you all, & please remember that returning that smile from a stranger always means more than you might think. I love you, Spokane!
