Yes, it is rude to be so cheap not to tip out those that have served you,
but don't complain about only making minimum wage! Many states lower the
minimum wage for tipped positions to just over two or three dollars an
hour. Washington has the highest minimum wage in the nation, AND you
collect tips. Everyone struggles in this economy, so be grateful that you
can collect tips on top of your $8.67 job.
