This just in from Latah Bistro chef David Blaine. He (or someone he knows) will be committing "random acts of food" starting on April 3, at an as-yet-undisclosed location somewhere near downtown Spokane.
The idea, dubbed a Pop-Up Restaurant, entails opening a mobile, incredibly temporary restaurant for under $100. Pop-Up's Website says it will appear throughout the summer, starting on April 3 from 11 am to 3 pm, when it'll serve a gourmet hamburger and salad for $5.
Check back to their Website 12 hours before for the event, or subscribe to their Twitter feed or email list, for locational details.
