Civic duty Today in Jackassery brings us the story of 23-year-old Allen S. Easley. After stealing a 2008 Honda Civic, Easley took it for a 70-mph joyride down East Sprague, eliciting the attention of officers. Using quick wits and superb decision-making skills, Easley eased his ride onto the freeway, reached speeds of 100 mph, eluded Spokane police officers and sheriff's deputies, got off the freeway, got on the freeway, got off the freeway and finally stopped due to a broken wheel.
