Named after the regionally famous Kirtland Cutter — the architect credited for redesigning and rebuilding much of Spokane after a fire nearly destroyed it in 1889 — this historic building is now home to a community and performing arts center, the Cutter Theatre itself, the Metaline Library and an art gallery, as well as spaces for private rentals and public receptions.
