Gathering At The Falls Powwow 2016

The 25th anniversary Gathering At The Falls Powwow was held at the Riverfront Park Lilac Bowl from August 26-28, 2016. There was a rededication of Canada Island at the park on Saturday, August 27, to recognize the connection between the Spokane Tribe of Indians and the island. Also, dancers of all ages and from many different Native American tribes and nations competed in multiple categories during the weekend.
