Intro to Lyra (Aerial Hoop)

A 60 minute class covering the fundamental skills required for lyra, a steel hoop suspended from the ceiling and often used for aerial performance. In this introductory class (a prerequisite for Lyra 1), students learn proper conditioning and mounting techniques.
