Outsider

Outsider is the first of three proposed eateries to occupy the Papillon building near Riverfront Park. It features a modest and flavorful range of dishes developed by longtime local restauranteur, Ian Wingate. Try the rotisserie cauliflower, an elaborate signature dish. The guanciale pizza is Wingate's ode to Italy with Castelvetrano olives, Calabrian peppers, buttery Fontina cheese and guanciale, an unctuous, salty, cured meat similar to bacon but more nuanced. Order a glass of wine, beer or expertly made cocktail and enjoy fine dining food in a relaxed environment.
