Join the Peace and Justice Action League for appetizers and dessert with Spokane's National Teacher of the Year, Mandy Manning. As an English language learning educator, she's the first teacher for refugee and immigrant students at Ferris High School. Manning has used her recognition to promote justice for all children, particularly for immigrants and refugees.
