In fall 2020 Prohibition Gastropub was passed on by former owners Jill and John Leonetti to Spokane chef Michael Wiley. Upon taking over the gastropub restaurant, Wiley had no plans to drastically change the restaurant's existing menu or style of food served there — hearty burgers and handhelds, comfort foods like decadent lasagna, and a full craft cocktail bar. Wiley did, however, immediately add Sunday brunch service, which quickly became a hit with diners.
