This locally owned bakery and coffee shop, founded in 1992, is a Spokane institution with seven locations in the area. Each Rocket location has its own unique vibe; this newest location downtown features two levels to lounge and enjoy coffee and pastries on the east end of River Park Square in a shared space with STCU.
