Spokane Coalition of Color City Council President & Council Candidate Forum

The Spokane Coalition of Color (SCOC), which consists of the NAACP, HPBA, and APIC Spokane, hosts the first of two candidate forums for the community in preparation of the upcoming general election happening in Spokane in early November. Both candidates for the City Council President and City Council elections have been invited and are confirmed to participate. The forum addresses topics concerning communities of color. All are welcome.
