Crash kills two teens
Two 17-year-old boys were killed in a car crash near Post Falls last night, according to the Kootenai County Sheriff's Office. A Jaguar convertible they were in left the roadway on Hayden Ave. and crashed through a fence, then into a line of trees before striking a gas line. Deputies say alcohol was present at the scene and they are investigating if it was a factor, according to a news release.

Rep. Matt Shea, Rep. Bob McCaslin and Sen. Mike Padden all participated in a debate with the University High School debate team last night. The crowd had a laugh when Shea argued for free college tuition, or when McCaslin argued against the war on drugs, because, you know, those are positions the Republicans would never actually take. An investigator of the EgyptAir Flight 804 crash that killed 66 people on board says the human remains from the crash site have burn marks, suggesting the aircraft was downed by an explosion on board. (Associated Press)
