The menu at Bruncheonette is dotted with flavors and influences its owners picked up through their travels and past experiences. The verde hash, a delectable combination of pork carnitas, sweet potato, red potato, poblano, caramelized onion, red bell pepper, queso fresco cheese, verde salsa and eggs (there's that Mexican influence), was influenced by a dish the couple found at a spot called Gravy in Portland.
