Cogs Gastropub is located in a 1905 building that formerly held Cogswell's Cigar Factory, according to Cogs' co-owner Barbara Strother, who opened the eatery with her husband, Stuart. Cogs' rotating menu is humorous and peppered with local references like the Bank Street baked brie or Churched Up shrimp cocktail. Try the warm Jezebel sandwich with pork tenderloin, apricot horseradish and cheddar cheese.
