With all restaurants in Washington state closed until at least March 31 due to the coronavirus pandemic, it's now more vital than ever to "eat and drink local." (Read this piece from Eater about worst-case impacts on the hospitality industry.)

Many local restaurant owners have already been forced to temporarily lay off staff while the shutdown is in place. Others have completely closed their doors until the ban on dine-in service is lifted.


For those stuck at home or hankering for something not scrabbled together from your pantry's dry goods stash, the following spreadsheet — which will be updated in real time as we get more information — lists restaurants' contact info and websites, along with a column on what type of service they offer (take out, delivery only or both) and their general geographic location.
