"Here you go. This is a picture I took at the Elk fest block party when James pants was playing an awesome show. There were two dude on top of the elk sipping on some brews so I thought I take a few snaps with my iphone."

We're pretty sure one of those overseers is Elk boss Marshall Powell. Anybody know the identity of the other guy?
