Now hiring: Spokane Police Department — Assistant Chief of Spokane Police Jim Nicks announced Tuesday that he will retire along with Chief Anne Kirkpatrick. Both are embroiled in the investigation surrounding the 2006 death of Otto Zehm after a confrontation with Police. (SR)
