Somehow this photo of Mayor Michael Bloomberg and Lady Gaga sums up America, circa 2011, perfectly. During "Dick Clarks' Rockin' Eve," the pair danced in the New Year — and even kissed at midnight.

But the sheer oddity of it all got us thinking: Caption Contest!
