HUMAN RACE: Maxey on Harpham

Here's a second video from the photoshoot I mentioned yesterday, where the Maxey brothers discuss the darkness surrounding the failed backpack bombing at last year's MLK parade that ends with a note of optimism: The parade was a target precisely because it is a symbol of hope for our region.
