MORNING BRIEFING: Mobile home park residents kicked out and fast food workers strike

After annexing a portion of the West Plains in 2012, the City of Spokane is now enforcing its codes in that area. That has led to the eviction of some who are living in RVs in a West Plains mobile home park and say they have nowhere else to go. (SR)
