To the 2 low life men in black that were  a block from the Blue Spark, Tue night. One of you was trying to look as if you were sweeping the sidewalk at 1:30 in the morning,  the other one was working as your look out as you pulled the handle on every nearby car, checking for an easy target to burglarize. I hope someone takes a big dump in the front seat of your car the next time you don't lock your door!
