Thanks to guy stating those rules about the bikes. People in Spokane and the surrounding areas do not respect bicycles as actual vehicles & sometimes neither do people who ride them. Thanks for the encouragement & getting that knowledge out there. People need to learn how to ride with bikes in this area. To the guy in the Jeers talking about "All Along the Watchtower" the song is by Bob Dylan for crying out loud, get your facts straight.
