I cannot believe how disappointing human beings can be. I was at the Riverfront Park carousel on Oct. 2 with my two younger siblings on what was supposed to be a fun family outing when some piece of crap decided it would be cool to steal my Motorola Android. Who does that at a carousel? Were you there with your kids? You sure set a great example! Whoever you are, thief: You are a lowlife and karma is a big 'ol biotch.
