Fake cop pulls over numerous women in an unmarked car. Spokane valley pastor is killed by a deputy in an unmarked car on his property. Spokane police & Spokane county sheriff's cars should all be marked. Period. The public should not have to live in fear of who is in that unmarked car. Real cop or creep? All police & sheriff cars should be clearly identifiable,  no more unmarked cars!
