Apt. Dweller Crybabies

You live in a building with other people. Get used to it. 10pm-6am that's the law of 'quiet time.' Apparently this is your first apartment, talk to your neighbor. You would be surprised some people are unaware of the noise they are making, if you are polite, then most people will be polite back PS- I hope you don't have a heart attack next time a dog barks or a baby cries.
